Use Finder. The app notices. Comments are the one thing that needs a word to your agent.
Your Showspace is a normal folder. Rename, move and delete in Finder, or let your agent do it. The app watches the folder and catches up on its own.
Renaming a page breaks any link pointing at its old name. The app reports those as broken rather than editing your pages for you.
Comments are stored against a page's path within the Showspace, so renaming a page leaves its notes attached to a path nothing lives at any more. If your agent does the renaming, ask it to move the comments in the same edit, and to delete a page's comments when it deletes the page. The instructions the app ships already say this.
