How to ask for one

Reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or write to support@lite.computer and we will take it up with them for you. There is no form and you do not have to give a reason.

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They take the payment, they issue the receipt, and they process refunds. Their name, not ours, is what appears on your statement.

Before you buy

The trial is the full app for 14 days: every feature, no account, no card. Nothing is held back until you pay, so you should not have to buy it to find out whether it works for you.

If something is broken

Tell us before you ask for the money back. If it is a bug we can fix, we would rather fix it. If we cannot, we will say so and help you get refunded. support@lite.computer is read by a person.

What we will not do

We will not make you argue for it, and we will not ask you to prove you deleted the app. The files you made are yours regardless. They are plain HTML in your own folder and they keep opening whether or not you own a license.
