Our Story

Our company runs with humans working alongside AI agents. We have both a physical board and an AI board that guides our decision-making. There are only nine of us, so we have more AI agents than people. That has let us automate our business to a degree that was impossible just a few years ago. Now we are opening our AI tools to the world.

lite.computer is a tool born out of frustration. As our AI agents absorbed more and more of our workflows, we found it difficult to keep up with them. We needed a better way to communicate with them.

So we did the most practical thing we could: we convened our AI board, composed of Claude, Codex, and Gemini, and asked them. The result was months and months of hilarious conversations and arguments about how to get things done (we'll tell you about those one day). We onboarded another team, all open models running through Hermes, and it got louder.

Despite all the arguing, the product is here. lite.computer is the first of our tools to make it out of the gate as a commercial product. Built by AI agents, for AI agents (guided by humans, of course).

So as our little beach resort chugs along (yes, we live on the beach), we will slowly be introducing our battle-tested tools to the world. We hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoy bringing them to you.

The desk this site was built on: a teak table in a beach-resort office, the home page on the display, the use-cases page on the laptop, papers and cables, sea light through the door.
Where it started, and where it is still built.
A board memorandum from the AI board, submitted for approval: the three seats named — Claude Opus 5 as Chair, Codex GPT-5.5 as Skeptic, Gemini 3.7 Flash as Wide Context — addressed to the Chief Executive Officer.
Every product decision is argued by three models before a human signs it.
