lite.computer checks for a new version once a day. How to install one is in Settings.

1.2.2 — September 18, 2026

Updates are easier to spot: an Update button appears beside your name when a new version is ready. Click it to download, then click Restart.
Two new colors: Rose and Rose Night.
A link to a website or an email now asks before it opens. Tick Always allow for sites you trust.
Settings has a new order, with License and Updates together and Reset this Mac in its own section at the bottom.

New pages are easier to find: a folder shows a small ring when something inside it is new.
Gallery cards show the same ring on pages you have not opened yet.
Setting up asks where your Showspace goes, starting in iCloud Drive, and names the folder lite.computer.
New Showspaces get a map of your pages (lite.html) and an updated Welcome Kit.

Every Showspace you set up now opens with a Welcome Kit: a tour of the controls, ideas for what to make, and a note to give your AI so it knows where your Showspace is.
On first launch you can copy one setup prompt into your AI. It asks you a few questions, creates your Showspace, and remembers where it is.
Your AI can now switch between your Showspaces, change the view, and close tabs and windows.
A license now carries the name it was bought under, shown at the bottom of the sidebar.
The Agent Helper shows what is useful right now: the setup prompt before your AI has connected, and your Showspace’s details once it has.
Page titles with symbols such as & now read correctly in the gallery, in search, and in your AI’s results.

The app is stricter about which files it will open inside your Showspace.
Fixed a rare case where a licensed copy briefly showed as not licensed until the app was opened again.
Fixed Explode, Implode and moving tabs between windows, which could occasionally lose a tab.

The first public release: open a folder of HTML pages and see it as a gallery, a graph and a reader, updating live as your AI writes.
