Using Grok with lite.computer

Grok is xAI's general chat assistant, meant for anyone. Connectors link it to outside services, among them Gmail, Google Drive, Outlook and Salesforce, so it can read from them and save what it makes.

Use Grok on the web or in its phone apps. Its Google Drive connector documents uploads of generated files. Test an HTML upload to your chosen folder before relying on automatic delivery.

Set it up

In lite.computer, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and open the Agent Helper. Copy the paragraph it gives you and paste it at the start of the conversation where you ask Grok for pages, adding the name of the Google Drive folder that holds your Showspace.
Keep your Showspace in Google Drive, as described in Where to put your Showspace. Then go to grok.com/connectors, choose New Connector and pick Google Drive. Sign in with the Google account that owns the folder and allow the permissions it asks for, including permission to create and change files.
Ask Grok to create test.html and upload it to that Drive folder. Check that it reaches your Mac as an HTML file and opens in lite.computer. If it does not, download the HTML file into your Showspace yourself.

Good to know

Grok’s Google Drive documentation lists uploads of generated files. Write permission is optional, so check that it is enabled. A Google Doc containing HTML source is not an HTML file.
Grok Business and Enterprise plans also include a OneDrive connector, so a Showspace kept in OneDrive works the same way.
Grok creates images with Grok Imagine, at grok.com/imagine and in the Grok app. Download them to your Mac, then ask Codex or Google Antigravity to build them into the page.
