Explode gives each tab in a window its own window, arranged across your screen space. Implode gathers them back into one window, each page returning as a tab.
Click Explode in the top bar. To gather the windows back, click Implode, just right of it, in any window that shows its controls.
Exploded windows open with the app controls hidden, so each page fills its window. Press ⌘⇧F in a window to show its controls. To gather the windows back with the controls hidden, press Esc twice, press ⌃⌘I, or choose Window › Implode. To keep the controls showing, choose Show app controls next to Exploded windows in Settings.
Drag your tabs into the order you want before you use Explode. The windows are placed in the order you arranged them.

To choose how Explode uses your screens, click the account button at the bottom of the sidebar, choose Settings…, and pick an option next to Explode.
Choose This screen only to keep every window on the screen you are using. Your connected screens stay free.
Choose All available screens to spread your windows across your screen and your connected screens.
How the windows are placed
This screen only. Drag lite.computer onto the screen you want to use, then explode. The windows appear left to right, then top to bottom.
All available screens. lite.computer reads your screens left to right, like one wide page.
The first tabs go to the screen on the left, the next ones to the connected screen beside it. Each screen gets an even share of the tabs.
On each screen, the windows appear left to right, then top to bottom.
For example, four tabs on a laptop with one connected screen give two windows on each.
How many windows fit
How many windows a screen holds depends on its size. A laptop screen holds four, a 1920-wide display holds six, and a large desktop display holds twelve.
When you have more tabs than that, the windows that fit are tiled and the extra windows sit on top of them.
With This screen only, the extra windows stay on that screen. With All available screens, they are shared evenly across your screen and your connected screens.
To fit more windows side by side, use a connected screen and choose All available screens.
Every exploded window is still watching the folder. When your agent rewrites one of those pages, that window updates while you are looking at it.
Shortcuts
⌃⌘E (Control-Command-E) explodes, ⌃⌘I (Control-Command-I) implodes, and ⌘` (Command-backtick) moves to the next window.
