Refunds

The whole app is free for fourteen days, so you can find out whether it works for you before paying anything.

Purchases are handled by our merchant of record, who is identified at checkout. They take the payment and they process refunds at their discretion. Purchases are final once made. That is what the fourteen-day trial is for. If something goes wrong after you buy, reply to your purchase receipt, or write to support@lite.computer and we will take it up with them for you.

If it is a bug we can fix, we would rather fix it than lose you, so tell us first.
