Manus saves pages straight into your Showspace through My Computer in its Mac desktop app, or into a Google Drive folder that syncs to your Mac.
Manus is a general AI agent. It plans and carries out work with many steps, such as research, slides, websites and data analysis, and hands back finished files. People use it for business work as much as for code.
The Manus desktop app for Mac has a feature called My Computer, which lets Manus read and write files in folders you allow. Allow your Showspace and every page Manus saves there appears in lite.computer. Manus also runs on the web, iPhone and Android.

Set it up
Download the Manus desktop app from manus.im/desktop and sign in.
In lite.computer, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and open the Agent Helper. Copy the paragraph it gives you. In Manus, create a Project and paste the paragraph into its master instruction.
Turn on My Computer and allow your Showspace folder. Approve Manus's requests to work in that folder when it asks.
Start a task in your Project. Each page Manus saves into your Showspace appears in lite.computer.

Every Monday morning, research the latest news on my three biggest competitors and build an interactive briefing: a tab for each company, a timeline of their announcements that animates in, a sortable table of key numbers, and a generated cover image for each company's tab. Save it as a single self-contained HTML file in my Showspace.
Good to know
Keep your Mac on with the Manus desktop app running, and send Manus a task from your phone. It works in your Showspace on your Mac and saves the page there.
Scheduled tasks let Manus rebuild a page for you on a regular basis, such as a weekly report.
For a Showspace in Google Drive, connect Manus's Google Drive connector and name the folder. Drive syncs each page to your Mac. See Where to put your Showspace.
Manus creates images with Nano Banana Pro and ChatGPT image models. Ask for photos or illustrations in a report, and it builds them into the page.
